I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the state of Oregon.
I work primarily with individuals who have eating disorders or disordered eating. ​I help individuals learn the importance of nourishing their bodies properly and what it means to receive adequate nutrition. I help individuals improve their relationship with food and relinquish the control food has over their life, revealing that food is not the enemy. I have the privilege of watching individuals reclaim their connection to food as they challenge their fears and rediscover what it means to experience food joy.​
I have experience in higher levels of care, treating patients at the partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care. I have experience working with patients with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder (BED), Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED), and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). ​Whether you need support in navigating your relationship with food or are seeking treatment for an eating disorder, I will help guide you in this process.
Outside of work...
I am originally from Philadelphia, PA, but moved out to Oregon in May 2023.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering with animals, playing ultimate frisbee, enjoying time outside, and spending time with my cat Inky (pictured). ​​​
